Is sharing my salary actually legal?

Yes. The National Labor Relations Act protects employees' right to discuss wages. No employment contract can legally prohibit it. This is the same legal foundation that Glassdoor and Levels.fyi operate on.
How is my anonymity protected?

Submissions are aggregated into ranges before being displayed — we never show individual records. Your NPI is used only for verification and is cryptographically separated from your submitted data at ingestion.
Who can access the platform?

Licensed physicians only — residents, fellows, and attendings. Recruiters, hospital administrators, and consultants are not permitted. We verify status through institutional email or NPI lookup.
Is it free? What launches first?
